University of Miami Global Research and Activity Database
The Hemispheric and Global Affairs (H&GA) has developed the University of Miami Global Research and Activity Database with the objective to have a one-stop resource for information on the University’s international activities in education, research and service provided by schools, colleges, institutes, centers and offices.
This online global platform, available to all University constituents (e.g. faculty, researchers, staff, students), enables constituents to submit international activities on behalf of their respective organization. Before appearing in the database, international activities are reviewed and approved by the staff or faculty member designated by the head of school, college, institute, center or office for which the activity is submitted.
The availability of information on international activities allows the University community to leverage existing partnership opportunities, create new multidisciplinary collaborations, and increase the University’s global relevance. This will also forge the Roadmap To Our New Century and support UM’s aspiration to become The Hemispheric University.
The H&GA’s online Activity Information Submission Form is available to submit all international activities as described above.
